Nature of the offering

Free provision of a web application for creating and technically validating electronic invoices (ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, EN 16931). The service is in a test/beta phase and is currently provided free of charge and without the intention of making a profit.

A company is intended to be founded at a later date. Once commercial or paid operation begins, the applicable trade- and tax-law details (trade authorisation, register numbers, chamber membership, VAT ID and the competent supervisory authority) will be added.

Target audience

The service is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs (businesses). It does not participate in any consumer dispute-resolution scheme.
